Warranty – LA SIESTA Inc.

All LA SIESTA products are guaranteed to be free of defect in materials and workmanship. We will gladly repair or replace any LA SIESTA product with manufacturing defect within two years of original purchase.
LA SIESTA products are designed to withstand normal outdoor and recreational use. To prevent premature weathering, we recommend indoor storage for our products when not in active use. We do not warranty against normal wear and tear. Fading and weathering due to prolonged exposure to sun, rain, snow and heavy humidity, is not covered by our warranty. We do not warranty against rot, mold, mildew or damage from improper storage, maintenance, installation, or modification.

 

Return Under Warranty

Returns under warranty are accepted only after issuance of a return authorization that can be obtained either by email at store@lasiesta.com or by phone at 786-401-1138.  All  returns must be accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return for Refund

LA SIESTA accepts returns 30 days after the order has been placed. You can send back your order for any reason during this time and you will have to pay for shipping. Please use the return sheet included with your order. If you did not receive it, simply contact us. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will issue a credit for the full price. Credit can only be done on the same card that was used for the purchase. Be sure to keep the box in which your package was sent so that you can use it in case of a return.

For exchanges, please indicate on the form which item you would like to have sent in return. We will contact you to process the payment if the price is higher or credit you if the price is lower.

We recommend shipping via UPS or FedEx for packages weighing more than 1 lb and to keep your tracking code.

LA SIESTA accepts exchanges 30 days after the order has been placed. You can send back your order for any reason during this time and you will have to pay for shipping. Please use the return sheet included with your order. If you did not receive it, simply contact us. Please indicate on the form which item you would like to have sent in return. We will contact you to process the payment if the price is higher or credit you if the price is lower minus a $10 processing fee per order. Credit can only be done on the same card that was used for the purchase. Be sure to keep the box in which your package was sent so that you can use it in case of a return.

Damage From Shipping

If our products arrive damaged from shipping, we will issue a replacement as soon as possible.  We will work with our freight providers regarding any claims and damages. Please note that we are unable to use rush-delivery to send a replacement for product damaged in shipping.
